VENDOR space + club row

You must book your space through BikeReg.com to reserve a club row booth or vendor booth at Fallon Park in Roanoke, VA . The space does NOT come with tent, table or access to electricity. You are not required to be at both days, but the fee is the same regardless.

Vendor Registration will open in July 2025. To snag a spot before then, email Kait@RoanokeOUtside.com.

Fee options:

• UCI Overnight Parking PRO lots Fri & Sat night (must purchase additional spaces for larger setups):

  • 20’x20’ space - $125

  • 20’x40’ space - $200

• Expo/Vendor Space - 10’x20’ space inside the race expo - $400

  • For spaces exceeding 10’x20’ or food/drink vendors, please email Kait@roanokeoutside.com

• Club Row (Teams)

  • 10’x10’ - $100

  • 10’x20’ - $175

Follow the button below and scroll to the very bottom of the registration portal. Go Cross is organized by the non-profit Roanoke Outside and all proceeds are used to build the cycling community and infrastructure assets throughout the Roanoke Region.

Non-profits and clubs may be eligible for a discount upon request.
